Bulushome’s return & refund policy
Buyers can ask for the return and refund when:
- They don’t receive an item
- They receive an item that doesn’t match the ordered
- The item receives in defect condition
- They pet got lost and not return to home
- The buyer will receive full refund for the following issues:
- Not receive the item
- The item doesn’t match as per ordered
- The item in faulty condition
- The buyer will only receive refund for effective profit cost only for the following issue:
- The registered pet got lost and not return to home
When buyer doesn’t receive an item
The buyer can ask for refund if not receiving the item by sending email ([email protected]) and provide the order number for the particular product that was effected. The buyer need to state a reason of the refund.
From the order number, Bulushome will track your item. If the product still in manufacturing process, the full refund will be made. If the product still on delivery, the buyer will be given two choices either want to wait or want to refund. Full refund will be given if the buyer chooses to make a refund. Noted that the pet profile for the particular order also will be terminated.
This refund can be make if either of the condition below is followed:
- Bulushome take more 30 days to do manufacturing process
- The courier service takes more than 30 days to deliver the item
The item doesn’t match as per order or in faulty condition
If the item received doesn’t match or in faulty condition. The buyer needs to contact us via email ([email protected]) and provide the order number for the particular product that was effected. The buyer need to state a reason of the return, and wheatear you required a refund or replacement.
Upon the order number given, we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the replacement or refund (if any) via email as soon as practicable.
The buyer need to send the effected item to our headquarters to be examine. Bulushome will starts process refund/replacement right after the item received proven in not correct condition. We may also at its discretion refuse to process a replacement/exchange order however may offer a refund as a substitute
In the event the item returned is in correct order or in good condition, we may at our discretion decide not to replace or refund you for the Product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs and charge if you still want the product back. We also shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
Important note: The refund only applicable to the item that already been purchased not more than 14 days. The date will start to count from our system for the first day when the product already receives in your hand.
The registered pet got lost and not return to home
On this event, buyer is requesting a refund based on Bulushome money back guarantee.
The step to request this refund as per follow:
- The lost pet must be registered in the Bulushome system which is will automatically registered right after the buyer make a payment to the particular pet.
- The refund is only applicable to the particular lost pet only.
- The refund cannot be claimed if the product already been purchased for more than 8 months. The date will start to count from the first day of the product purchased.
- The buyer needs to show a proof that the pet is missing by following the step below:
- The buyer needs to contact us via email ([email protected]) and inform that the particular pet is already missing. The ticket issue also will be created.
- The buyer needs to download and fill up the “Missing Poster” provided.
- The buyer needs to post the “Missing Poster” to 3 different social media and tag @bulushome.
- The buyer needs to wait exactly 28 days (First day will be counted after third “Missing Poster” posted).
- The refund will be valid if the missing is pet still not return for this 28 days.
- The refund will be processed right after the buyer send a follow-up email by sending the ticket number issues.
- The buyer will only receive the refund for effected profit cost only.
- The pet profile for the particular pet also will be terminated right after refund process has been made.
